Alternatives Analysis Report Colorado Lagoon Restoration Project, Phase 2

As blogged previously, there will be a public meeting regarding Phase 2 of the Colorado Lagoon Restoration Project. Discussed will be the 5 alternatives, as identified and analyzed in the recently released engineering study (which can be found here).

Over the next several days I'll be blogging about the various sections of the report, describing the alternatives and offering up some opinions (shocking).
